P & P (postage and packing) - Postage and packing is Just £3.50 for UK Deliveries. Orders of £60 or more qualify for free P&P to a UK delivery address. International orders, are very welcome, but may vary in price. Please contact us for details.

Complaints Procedure - We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. If you are unhappy with any service provided by 'Somethingspecialforyou' please don't hesitate to contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
